Since we first met Dave a few years back and invited him, along with his physician Dr. Danny Sands, to speak at our annual Client Summit, we’ve been inspired by his amazing attitude and wonderful work to change health care. He is a great person to kick-off our tweet chat series, as he’s an embodiment of our mission. He works hard to get patients to talk to one another and to get providers to partner with their patients. He is always guided by the mission get people working together, understanding their own health data, and ultimately making themselves — and the system — better.
After beating stage IV kidney cancer in 2007, Dave became a blogger, health policy advisor, and international keynote speaker. Just see him in action below:
